Using a chat bot provided program administrators direct contact to residents with popular questions. Because the program collects personal data, the site requires the use of a third-party cookie consent. The consent widget alerts users upon first visiting the site and also appears as an icon in the bottom left area of the site. The FAQs page is organized into two areas utilizing a floating navigation. The Media Toolkit provides multiple avenues for sharing details about the program using a bootstrap accordion.
